The Mughal's had held Guru Hargobind Ji in prison including 52 princes. After some time, the Guru was told he could be freed but refused to do so without the release of the 52 princes.
Having initially been refused and given the ultimatum that only the Princes that could hold the Guru's coat could walk out with him, it was a tricky situation.
After thought, the Guru had found a positive way out of an otherwise very dark situation, by cutting his coat into 52 strings. The lives of the 52 Princes had been saved without a single shot and without battle!
